Welcome Peachjar
In the past, our schools sent home paper flyers and newsletters in students' backpacks. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, to embrace innovative technology, and to reach more families, Wausaukee Schools has transitioned from paper to a digital flyer delivery method using the company Peachjar.
In the beginning of the 2017/2018 school year, Peachjar eflyers may be sent directly to parents'/guardians' email inboxes. To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest parents/guardians add "school@peachjar.com" to their email contacts. Note: add "school@peachjar.com" just as written; do not change it to the name of a specific school @peachjar.com. When the first eflyer is received, be sure to click "always display images."
Parents/guardians who do not receive an email from Peachjar may not have an email address on file with their home school. Please see these FAQs for instructions on adding an email address to the Peachjar distribution list or for additional information.
Eflyers will also be posted on school websites by clicking on the Peachjar logo and Facebook page for easy access . The Peachjar system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved eflyers. Email addresses will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for helping us save time, money, and lots of trees!
Outside Organization Approval Guidelines - Peachjar
The School District of Wausaukee cooperates with approved community partners by posting eflyers online and
distributing them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. This digital eflyer platform
helps our division to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, reach more
families and maintain fiscal responsibility. Eflyers will now be posted on each school’s web page for
easy access and emailed directly to parents’ and guardians inboxes.
NOTE: All community organizations that want to submit flyers for distribution in the Wausaukee School District must receive approval at the district level. Community organizations will now be encouraged to use Peachjar for the distribution of electronic flyers. For outside community groups and organizations, electronic distribution of flyers is free for programs that are entirely free. For programs and events that have fees associated with them, Peachjar charges a fee for electronic distribution. This fee is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Generally, if an organization receives income from the activity promoted in the flyer, there will be a fee. If the activity is free and open to the public, the flyer will be considered for a fee Waiver.

When you are ready to upload a flyer, email your flyer for approval (in a PDF format) to figasl@wausaukee.k12.wi.us.

District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Flyer approval will occur within 5 business days.
